Heartgard Plus

 

Heartgard Plus is a meaty chewable treat that protects your dog from heartworm disease (Dirofilaria immitis) by eliminating the tissue stage of heartworm larvae. It will also treat and control roundworms and hookworms.

Precautions: All dogs should be tested for existing heartworm infection before starting treatment with Heartgard Plus, which is not effective against adult D. immitis. Infected dogs must be treated to remove adult heartworms and larvae before initiating a program with Heartgard Plus. Safe for use in puppies from 6 weeks of age, as well as pregnant and breeding female dogs.
