CANCELLATIONS OF APPOINTMENT

Our goal is to provide quality individualised services in a timely manner.

Late cancellations and No Shows create inconvenience and prevent scheduling of other customer.  

We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel your appointment and we appreciate

advance notice when that happens. This helps us be respectful of other customers needs and

enables us to give the appointment time to another customer who needs to see us.

Due to the difficulty of filling last-minute cancellations, we respectfully request 24 hours’ notice.

If this request is not fulfilled, it will be necessary to charge a 50% fee for missed appointments.

Please understand that we consider this a last resort, with the real motivating factor being

our concern for the quality of service we are able to provide to you, and to our other valued customers.
